slightly vary due to the nature of custom work and screen settings.

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase.
We accept major credit cards and other secure payment methods at checkout.
4. Custom Orders
Custom orders are non-cancellable once production has started.
Please review all details carefully, including spelling, sizing, colors, and quantities.
DBY is not responsible for errors submitted by the customer.
5. Production & Processing Time
Processing times vary depending on the product and order volume.
Estimated timelines will be provided at the time of order.
Delays may occur during peak seasons or due to circumstances beyond our control.

We ship within the United States.
Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed.
DBY is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.
You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.
7. Returns & Refunds
Because our products are custom made, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective or we made an error.
If you experience an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
