Orders are shipped directly to you using USPS Ground Advantage.
How long does it take to receive my order?
At this time, all orders are shipped directly to the address provided at checkout.
Can I pick up my order at school
At this time, orders can be shipped directly to your home. If available, a one-time pickup during a designated PTA event may also be offered. Pickup details will appear on the checkout page when this option is available.
What if I ordered the wrong size or color?
Because spirit wear is custom-made, all sales are final. Please double-check sizing and selections before placing your order.
How do I know what size to order?
Sizing charts are included on each product page. If you’re between sizes, we recommend sizing up for a more comfortable fit.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Once an order is placed, it immediately enters production and cannot be changed or canceled.

We accept major credit and debit cards through our secure checkout.
